Jurisdiction and compliance

Where we are, whose law applies, and how we handle requests for your data. Plain and specific.

Who we are

Sovereign Hybrid Compute is a US company, organized in the State of Wyoming. We own and operate our own hardware — there is no AWS, Azure, GCP, or other hyperscaler behind any part of the customer-facing platform.

Where your data lives

In our own facilities in the United States: Katy, Texas and Cherryvale, Kansas. Each site complies with the law of the state it physically sits in — the Texas site with Texas law (including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act), the Kansas site with Kansas law. The Terms of Service are governed by Wyoming law, where the company is organized.

How we handle requests for your data

  • We respond only to lawful process valid under US law — a subpoena, court order, or search warrant.
  • Informal "voluntary disclosure" requests from law enforcement or agencies are declined.
  • Where the law allows it, we notify the affected customer of compelled disclosure.
  • We do not voluntarily hand customer data to any third party.

No data brokers, no advertisers

We have no standing relationships with data brokers, advertisers, or third-party trackers. We don't sell, share, or run analytics on your data. We collect the minimum needed to run the service and bill you — and we don't log your traffic content (only security events like blocked connections and intrusion-detection alerts). For the privacy detail, see Privacy and Data; for the binding wording, see the Terms of Service.

We have no interest in your data. We just want your money — and we built the company so that staying out of your business is the default, not a favor.
