DMCA and abuse reports

If you need to report something hosted on our network — copyright infringement, spam, malware, fraud — here's where it goes. The binding procedures are on the live pages; this article points you at the right address and sets expectations.

Copyright (DMCA)

We follow the DMCA safe-harbor process. Send a properly-formed takedown notice in writing to dmca@sovereignhybridcompute.com. Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) a valid notice must identify the copyrighted work, identify the material to remove with enough detail for us to locate it (URL, IP, or service identifier), give your contact information, and include the required good-faith and under-penalty-of-perjury statements with your signature.

We don't take material down on our own initiative. A valid notice is forwarded to the affected customer with a response window. If they file a valid counter-notification, the material is restored unless the original notifier sues within the statutory window. The full procedure — including how to file a counter-notification — is at /dmca.

Spam, malware, fraud, network abuse

Send these to abuse@sovereignhybridcompute.com. Abuse complaints are forwarded to the affected customer. We don't act unilaterally on one unless there's a clear, documented hard-prohibition violation, a lawful court order, or imminent harm to the platform or other customers. What is and isn't allowed is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy (and at /aup).

Law-enforcement requests

We respond only to lawful process valid under US law — subpoena, court order, or search warrant. Informal "voluntary disclosure" requests are declined. Where lawful, we notify the affected customer. More on this in Jurisdiction and compliance. Legal process goes to legal@sovereignhybridcompute.com.

For the exact, binding procedures, read /dmca and the Terms of Service.
