Topping up your account balance

Instead of paying every invoice by hand, you can keep a balance on your account. We draw from it automatically as your services renew. Pre-pay once, then forget about it.

How to add credit

  • Sign in to your dashboard.
  • Choose to add funds / top up your account balance.
  • Enter an amount in US dollars.
  • Pay the resulting invoice in Bitcoin, exactly like any other invoice (see Paying with Bitcoin).

Once the payment confirms, the credit lands on your account.

How the balance is used

When a renewal invoice comes due, we apply your available balance automatically. If it covers the invoice, the service renews with nothing further for you to do. If it doesn't cover the full amount, you pay the remainder in Bitcoin as usual.

Why bother

  • Fewer payments. Fund the account once and let renewals draw down quietly.
  • No surprise lapse. A funded balance keeps services renewing even if you're not watching your inbox.
  • Buy when the rate suits you. Top up when you feel like converting, not only when an invoice is staring at you.

Account credit is held against your future invoices with us. Like every Bitcoin payment, top-ups are non-refundable — only add what you intend to spend on hosting. If you're winding down, see Refunds and cancellations.
