No KYC, no logging

We have no interest in your data. We just want your money. That is not a slogan we bolt onto a surveillance business — it is how the service is built.

No identity verification:

  • No KYC. No government ID, no selfie, no proof of address, no phone number. You may sign up under a pseudonym.
  • You can run your whole account with just a Nostr key — no email to hand over, no password for us to store or for an attacker to steal. Your npub is the account. See Nostr identity and sign-in.
  • We bill in Bitcoin through our own self-hosted BTCPay Server. No card, no bank, no payment middleman holding your identity.

What we do not log:

  • Your network traffic content — we do not capture per-VM packet payloads.
  • Your SSH session contents or your console/VNC screen.
  • What software you run or what your application does.

We do not sell, share, or analytics-process your data. We run no third-party trackers, analytics, or ad pixels anywhere — not on this portal, not on the signup page.

What we do keep — and why:

  • Account basics: a username, plus — if you sign up with them — an email address (used only for service notices and password reset) and a hashed password. Sign in with Nostr and you can skip both: there is no password, and no email unless you choose to add one.
  • Billing records: Bitcoin payment confirmations and invoice metadata. We are a US company and tax law requires this.
  • Operational metadata: the minimum needed to run your VM — resource usage, aggregate traffic volume, fault and error logs.
  • Security events: blocked connections, failed logins, and intrusion-detection alerts, kept for incident response. This is metadata about attacks, not a record of your traffic.

Jurisdiction: We are a US company and we respond only to valid US legal process. We have no standing relationships with data brokers or advertisers, and we do not voluntarily hand your data to third parties.

The exact, binding version of what we collect, how long we keep it, and when we disclose it lives in our Terms of Service, section 6 (Data Collection, Retention, and Disclosure), with account/identity terms in section 3. If anything here and the Terms ever differ, the Terms govern.
